The value for money at this unique apartment was outstanding. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, and the balcony overlooking the national pantheon was a delightful bonus. The location was perfect, with easy access to subway and train stations, as well as charming restaurants and fado houses in the area.
The breakfast selection could be improved with a wider variety of choices.

Everything was perfect, no complaints, had a such wonderful stay. The staff were amiable, cared about us, thanks. Location was fantastic, not too far from Elevator. Saw few city center attractions within easy walking distance of the place.
I appreciated the apartment although some things didn't work.

I absolutely adored the charming decor of the hotel, with its beautiful decorative tributes to Chinese porcelain and traces of the 16th and 17th centuries. The old stairs and forged irons added a touch of history and character to the place. The location of the hotel was also very convenient, with green areas and the flea market just a few steps away. As a senior woman, I found the hotel's accessibility to be quite good, making it easy for me to move around and explore.
The only thing I would have asked for to make my vacation even better as a senior woman is more assistance from the staff or perhaps the children of the staff.

The owner accommodated all the requests; problem was solved in no time. It was magnificent and unbeatable in a locals vs tourist neighborhood. We were just off a stone's throw from National Pantheon and Apolonia train station.

The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the old part of Lisbon and the center of Alfama. The apartment itself was quiet, spacious, and beautifully decorated by the artist owner, Joao. Joao was an amazing host, cute us even though we arrived late at night and taking care of all our needs throughout our stay. The rooms, bathroom, and toilet were clean and well-equipped with fresh linens and towels. I would definitely book this apartment again!

I felt like a Fado queen in this elegant and romantic apartment. The Eastern-inspired decor and meticulous details made my stay exquisite. Cooking my own meals in the fully equipped kitchen was a delight.
Climbing steep hills to reach the apartment was just the cherry on top of my already glamorous and adventurous stay.

Great location in the historic Alfama district. The host was friendly and helpful.- Unique and interesting decor.
The apartment had a strong damp smell, especially in the bathroom. The bedroom had a low ceiling, making it uncomfortable for taller people.

The bed was extremely comfy, and there were an electric kettle, a microwave, and central heating in the room. The location was magnificent, relatively close to Alfama. We had an amazing stay for a romantic holiday and received ironing for free, a nice bonus.
